  • Sharing relevant documentation and reports with school teams
  • Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
  • Being point of contact for schools, teachers and parents
  • Ensuring resources and equipment are always available
  • Ensure the work process is most efficient and leaflets and delivery logistics with schools are smooth

Skills and Intangibles

  • Understanding of schools protocol. Previous experience with school is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with strong collaboration skills
  • Attentive to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good master of office technology software, especially Microsoft Excel
  • High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic
