1) Referees (regarded as Friend(s) below ) must spend a minimum of HK$450 in order to use the referral discount. After a successful purchase by the friend, using your custom referral code, Referrers will receive a discount code via email for the same discount. All discount codes will apply to orders greater than HK$450 only. Referrers will not receive their discount code if their friend(s)’ order is not complete, or is cancelled.
2) Any abuse of this offer, as determined by Bayard Presse Asia, may result in the rescission of the referring customer's referral credit and the referred person's promo code as well as both parties' inability to participate in this or future promotions. Referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash. This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion.
3) The top 3 Referrers with the most successful referrals (friends who have completed a purchase using the referrer’s discount code) during the campaign period will be eligible to get a Bobbi Brown cosmetic set. However, Bayard Presse Asia reserves the right to substitute the complementary gift in the event that the prize is out of stock. Bayard Presse Asia also reserves the right to end or amend this offer at any time without notice.
4) If in the end more than 3 Referrers have the same number of successful referrals, the prize will be given to the 3 people who reach the number of successful recommendation first. The Referrers do not have to subscribe to anything during the campaign period in order to be eligible to get the Bobbi Brown cosmetics set.
5) The 3 winners who are eligible to receive the Bobbi Brown cosmetics set will receive an email from Bayard Presse Asia by 31/5/2020.

2) 芥子園出版社對本社之優惠有任何濫用，都可能導致推薦客戶的推薦信用和推薦人的促銷推薦的優惠碼被撤銷，並且雙方均無權參加此促銷活動或將來的促銷活動。推薦積分不能用於以前的購買，也不能兌換現金。此推薦計劃隨時可能更改或終止，恕不另行通知。
3) 在活動期間，成功推薦次數最多的3個推薦人（成功的推薦是最終使用兌換優惠碼進行購買的朋友）將有資格獲得Bobbi Brown化妝品套裝一套。但如果出於任何原因造成禮品缺貨，芥子園出版社保留更換補充禮品的權利。 芥子園出版社還保留隨時終止或修改此優惠的權利，恕不另行通知。
4) 若最終多於3位推薦人有相同數量的成功推薦次數，獎品將由最快達到成功推薦次數的3位獲得。另推薦人在推薦優惠活動期間無需訂閱任何雜誌，只需符合成功推薦次數最多的資格，也可獲得Bobbi Brown化妝品套裝一套。
5) 有資格獲得Bobbi Brown化妝品套裝的3位獲獎者將在2020年5月30日之前收到來自Bayard Presse Asia的電子郵件。
