What age are your magazines suitable for, and how do I choose?
Our magazines are designed for children from around 3 to 14 years old.
We offer different titles for various age groups and reading levels.

If you are unsure, our team can suggest a title based on your child's age and interests.
Are your magazines available in Chinese and English?
Yes. We offer separate English and Chinese magazine subscriptions.
Most English titles include audio read by native English speakers.
Note that DiscoveryBox and OWL are exceptions to the audio feature.
Our Chinese magazines include audio in both Cantonese and Putonghua.
Each product page lists specific languages and audio features available.
You can filter by language on our website or ask us for a recommendation.

How many magazines do I receive with my subscription?
You will receive 10 magazines over the course of your 1-year subscription.
Please note that Jan/Feb and Jul/Aug are combined issues.
This structure ensures a steady flow of quality content all year.
Do the magazines come with audio content?
Yes. Many of our titles include audio read by native speakers.
This includes StoryBox, AdventureBox, and AdventureBox MAX in English.
In Chinese, Little Red Apple, Red Apple, and StoryLand also feature audio.
Just scan the QR code inside the magazine to play the audio on your device.
This helps children improve their listening and pronunciation skills.

I have more than one child. Can they share one subscription?
Many families share one subscription between siblings with similar reading levels.
If children are at very different levels, we suggest separate titles for each.
Our team can suggest a custom plan based on your children’s ages.
We encourage parents to use the previews on the product descriptions.
These previews help you gauge your child’s specific interests.

Do you deliver to all areas in Hong Kong?
Yes, we offer free delivery to all areas of Hong Kong.
This covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
Delivery is included in your subscription price at no extra cost.
Please note we cannot accept courier or pick up point addresses.
Do you offer a trial magazine before subscribing?
Yes. We offer trial options so you can test our magazines first.
This ensures the content is a perfect match for your child.

When will I receive the first issue?
We know you are excited to start your children magazine subscription!
Bayard prints on a monthly basis to keep content up-to-date.
Expect your first issue approximately 3-4 weeks after the order is placed.
If you have not received your first issue, please reach out to us.
I placed an order today, when will my subscription period begin?
Orders placed on or before the 15th of the month start this month.
Orders submitted after the 15th will start from the following month.
This helps us manage the monthly printing and delivery cycles.
Can I change my delivery address during the subscription?
Yes, you can update your delivery address at any time.
Simply email us with your order details and the new address.
We will update the system for all future issues.

How much does a subscription cost?
Prices depend on the specific magazine title you choose.
Each product page shows the current price in HKD and inclusions.
We often run promotions to make learning more accessible.
The final price may be lower than the standard rate during active offers.
What payment methods do you accept?
