If you are doing subscription, it starts with the current month’s issue if your order was placed before the 15th of the month. After the 15th of each month your subscription starts with the following month's issue. There could be occasions where delivery date varies due to courier's commitment; and in most circumstances the magazines of the month would arrive your home safely before 3rd week of each month. However, if you have joined a school subscription promotion program, your subscription automatically starts with the September issue or March issue, depending on the program you joined, as it should be laid out on the leaflet being distributed at your child’s school.
When can I expect my back issue order?
Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be processed within 14 business days and shipped within 3 working days by local courier (eg. SF Express and HK post).
How much am I charged for shipping?
Shipping is free for any addresses in Hong Kong. Depending on the address location and package size, Bayard will decide the most suitable shipping courier. In case of relocation, Bayard customers who have received 5 or more issues ( at mid subscription ) can change their local delivery address to any United Kingdom addresses without extra charge. Due to different logistic partnership set up, for customers who either desire to change to an address in another country besides United Kingdom, or to a United Kingdom address before mid-subscription, would be subject to an extra shipping charge of HKD 250 per subscription. Please check with our customer service before you place your order if you have plans to relocate during your subscription.
