Bayard Presse Asia is a subsidiary of Bayard Presse, a French media company. Bayard magazines respond to parent’s desire to share human values with their children, to offer them opportunities to express their creativity and discover the world. Bayard has been publishing Chinese children’s magazines for 30 years from its Hong Kong office, established in 1977. Bayard Presse Asia is in constant progression, maintaining its image and furthering its reputation as a leading publisher of quality educational children’s magazines in Hong Kong and Macau. Today, four children’s magazines, including Little Toy Car, Little Red Apple, Red Apple and White Antelope, are published. There is also one English learning magazine for children: I Love English.

In 1996, Bayard Presse Asia introduced StoryBox, AdventureBox and DiscoveryBox. In 2002, we began to introduce English versions of Bayard’multimedia e-publications, such as CD-ROMs of Pipiclic, Clic d’apl and Little Prince. And in 2007, we have introduced several popular books which were edited by Bayard Jeunesse.

Today, Bayard Presse Asia’s image and reputation as a high quality educational and children’s books publisher is firmly established in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China.

Bayard children’s magazines are published throughout Europe, as well as in North and South America, Africa and Asia, reaching a widespread and multicultural community of young readers.
